The Sale of Goods Act UK requires that products sold within the United Kingdom be subject to applicable laws for electrical safety and other applicable acts before being allowed for retail sale to the general public by retail vendors.

There does exist however products purchased from outside of the UK which are not subject to stringent UK safety standards having been bought online and are being sold by smaller independent retailers who may not be aware of the dubious legality of such products.

If you have been injured by a product that you were sure was being used in the correct manner then it may not have been your fault. The cause may have been beyond your reasonable control for example defective parts or a lack of due safety instruction or correct guidelines for the products intended use.

We can act on your behalf if you have sustained an injury as a result of a defective product.

To assist in your case please follow these guidelines

1) Keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

2) Report the incident to the vendor where you purchased the product (but do not return it)

3) Visit the doctor or Hospital for medical advice.
